Marsala founded M&M Controls in 1987 with partner Bruce
McPhail, having previously spent several years working
for Honeywell Flame Safeguard & Energy Products.

As President of M&M Controls, Pat is responsible for the
direction of personnel, sales, marketing and
administration on a day-to-day basis.
He is responsible for keeping the company visible
to both customers and vendors.
He spends much of his time and resources
searching out new technology and products as he keeps
the company ahead of the curve.
In addition, Pat is responsible for mapping out
the company’s future and expansion plans, and
implementing those plans in regard to personnel,
customers and physical space.
While M&M Controls is a huge part of Pat’s life, he also
makes time for family.
In addition, he loves to play golf and is an avid
Ravens fan as well as a“Parrott head.” |
