VAV Fundamentals

This class will cover fundamentals of VAV system focusing on VAV Air Terminal boxes. You will learn about the various types of boxes and their operation that include cooling only, reheat options, parallel and series fan powered, and dual duct boxes. Sensing and control sequences will be covered to provide you a well-rounded understanding of their operation. This allows the student to better understand, install and troubleshoot all types of VAV boxes.

Control Theory Fundamentals

½ day – In Person

This is an introductory course into the world of HVAC control principles, terms and fundamentals.

Topics include:
